  • How many worms are there in a pack of lugworms?
    • Each pack ranges on average from 10-15 lugworms depending on the size of the worms since they go by weight. 
  • When do we ship after purchase?
    • We ship our worms out Monday - Wednesday to avoid weekend delay. Orders placed before 12:00 PM PST will typically be shipped out the same day otherwise the next business day. ** We do ship them on Thursday as well only if the delivery time to destination is within 1 business day.

  • When will I receive my package?
    • You will receive your package within 1-2 business days after the package is shipped. Shipment within California typically arrives within 1 business day.
  • Are they guaranteed live?
    • We guarantee that our live bait are alive upon arrival however could not guarantee the shelf live as it depends on many factors including how soon customers brought the package in and how the worms are being stored. 
  • How do I get my money back?
    • If the live bait you received are DOA, send us an email at info@onlinebaitexpress.com with a picture of all the product and we will process a full refund including shipping!
  • How long will the lugworms last?
    • Lugworms could last anywhere from a couple of days up to couple of months depending on how they are being stored and cared of. We recommend that you store them in a refrigerator at a temperature between 46-48 F
  • Do you sell bloodworms?
    • We are still experimenting with the idea however due to bloodworms being much more perishable we have concerns about the worms surviving the travel.
    • We are in a process of carrying bloodworms with first batch coming in the second week of February. These bloodworms are however seasonal and will only be around till the end of April. 
  • Are lugworms like pileworm or bloodworms?
    • All 3 worms are sea worms and have similarities. Lugworms and pileworms closely resembles each other while bloodworm are typically bloodier. All 3 have a nasty bite!
  • What is the difference between new batch and week old lugworms?
    • The main difference is how long the worms have been packaged. We carefully inspect all products that are sold and would only ship packs that will survive even for the week old ones!
